  • All donations are final and non-refundable, except in specific circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Fraudulent Campaign: If a campaign is proven to be fraudulent or violates platform rules.
  • Campaign Cancellation: If the campaign creator cancels the campaign before using any funds.
  • Technical Error: If the donation was made in error due to a technical issue (e.g., duplicate charges).

3. Refund Timeframe

  • Refund requests must typically be made within 7 to 14 days of the original donation date.
  • After this period, refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Refund Process

  • Donors must submit a refund request via the Contact Us or Support page.
  • The platform will investigate the request and respond within 5–10 business days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Campaign Creator Responsibility

  • Campaign creators are responsible for fulfilling any promises, rewards, or obligations they make in their campaign descriptions.
  • The platform is not liable for disputes between donors and campaign creators once funds are disbursed.
