- Campaign Cancellation: If the campaign creator cancels the campaign before using any funds.
- Technical Error: If the donation was made in error due to a technical issue (e.g., duplicate charges).
3. Refund Timeframe
- Refund requests must typically be made within 7 to 14 days of the original donation date.
- After this period, refunds are not guaranteed.
4. Refund Process
- Donors must submit a refund request via the Contact Us or Support page.
- The platform will investigate the request and respond within 5–10 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
5. Campaign Creator Responsibility
- Campaign creators are responsible for fulfilling any promises, rewards, or obligations they make in their campaign descriptions.
- The platform is not liable for disputes between donors and campaign creators once funds are disbursed.
